That's actually the point of the lottery. It's designed to increase sales. Sure, anyone can win. But your odds increase the more cameras you buy.

In case you missed it.... on Monday, @EMPIRETECANDY said the drawing will be on the 30th.
If I am not mistaken, I suspect the 'spin' posted matches one of their ticket numbers.
Since there are two super prizes this lottery, I wonder if the first number spun is from here?
