There is no "Operation" window on my NVR web gui, only Live, Playback, Search, Maintenance, and Backup.
Log, Manager, and System Info. What shows up under Maintenance?
It didn't ask. 3 Factory Resets later ... yuck ... the Web GUI is back where it was. Now to see if it times out after a while ...If asked, just dont reset the cameras, just the NVR
Ooops, I thought that the 3x factory reset solved the problem, but just noticed it had timed out ... it was up for many hours this time.Let me know if keep time out again, we can do a direct phone call support.
I'm logged into the NVR from my laptop - on the same network. This is web page logout time or smartpss lite? Webpage i think will have a time it will log out.
A related question - is there any reason that I can't use a Raspberry Pi to log into the gui of the NVR to display the Live feed(s) on a large monitor? This is web page logout time or smartpss lite? Webpage i think will have a time it will log out.
It is, very sadly, only functional in a MS version of windows.I use SmartPSS Lite to view live video of 9 to 16 cameras pretty much all day.
It’s free
Perhaps I need to connect the 40" monitor directly to the NVR and just use the web gui for brief viewing and adjustments on-the-fly?I use SmartPSS Lite to view live video of 9 to 16 cameras pretty much all day.

Why can the cheap Cobra NVR access the Reolink cameras OK but the expensive latest-model Empiretech NVR cannot? No because using the HDMI output from the NVR doesn't give you the same access as the web GUI and doesn't allow you to access the cameras directly, so changes are being made from the NVR and that is where issues happen.
