EmpireTech PTZ425DB-AT PTZ stopped working and no image in camera web page

I have a PTZ425DB-AT with the latest firmware and its works great with Edge including all PTZ and IVS setup functions, I even configured it with Safari initially no problem but the live video feed tends to not always work and just show black screen, get the same thing on Synology.

Edge or any Chrome based browser always works fine though with all my Dahuas, not sure why this myth persists, maybe on the old firmware that required plugins for viewing video it was an issue but I haven't had a single issue related to not using IE since my old 720p Dahuas that where 10+ years old.

Glad that things are hunky-dory with your system. However, I'd put your results up there in the mythical category vs. most users. As far as Internet Explorer and my cameras, if it ain't broke I'm not going to fix it.

You know what even easier and simpler using the much more secure modern browser you are already using...



The joke is on me? Whats your firmware version, my came out of the box working without plugins just like my T54IR-ZE-S3's, no object tags found:

Ptz425DB-AT PTZ controls stopped working and when I log into the camera directly I can get no image form anywhere within the camera. However I do get an image in BI and tracking seems to be working. I've rest the cam endless times, I tried every cam setting in BI, I've tried multiple browsers and multiple computers to no avail.

Please help.

EDIT - Should have mentioned that PTZ is set to Dahua New V4

Well if he hadn't already resolved the issue on his own without using IE it would have been update the firmware and use Edge or Chrome since that works fine with this camera.
