Enabling audio in BI from Dahua IPC-HDW4431C-A-V2

can anyone please assist? have several Hiks running with video only and no issues, just purchased my first two Dahuas - video is also fine but I cannot get audio. Do I need to configure anything special in the audio stream field?

Well, I was helped out by a friend, here are the settings that work:

try using the dahua rtsp from the drop down

That’s what I did first (like my 7 hiks are) but the audio feed won’t work that way.

have you enabled audio in the camera itself?

it certainly will...you likely had it disabled in bi or the camera...
