Enster PTZ no signal

Hi guys,
I have lots of Hiks and no issues but recently I bought this Enster PTZ camera and what ever I do I ant get a signl on Blue Iris. RTSP 451. It is set as Generic RTSp H.264 etc. Correct user and pw but nothing.
I can login and vew on browser no prob. Ca anyone help me please!!!!.. thanks you guys

Under Video, do you have it set up as:

Make: Xmeye
Model: H.264 port 34567

?

If so, then those settings for PTZ should work (I own one).

Hi Ssayer, I have it set like this but in the actual camera what should I have the PTZ controls set as? cheers mate
 
Hi Ssayer, thanks for the help but I think my cam is broken. It moves on start up but I cannot control the ptz from the web or from the BI. nightmare.
 
I have mine setup a little different : on video tab,generic,RTSP H 2.64/MJPG/MPEG4. On PTZ tab, OXML. I'm not sure but I think in the camera setup itself, I had to play with the protocol using PELCOD1.2400,. Mine works fine with these settings.
