Hi, I was wondering if anyone can help me out with setting up my Dahua Intercom
There was initially some water damage to the outdoor intercom, so I purchased a new one and now I have it installed.
The DMSS app shows that Main VTO, Sub VTO and NVR (4 cameras) are all working
However, when I press the call button on the Main or Sub VTOs, the doorbell does not ring at the main intercom interface
I tried to default reset the intercom, but now it can not complete the configuration of the devices. It is saying "environment error".
I followed the steps above and downloaded the Dahua Toolbox config and it is only detecting the NVR but not the VTOs.
I used the 192.168.1.108 and when I go to Local Settings, Video and Audio, it correctly shows the VTO image
Is there anyone I can contact within Australia that can run through all of this?
