Hi All,
I did not have such a problem before, It was working fine.
BI System was shut down and all the main power was switched off before I left in my shop.
Out of the blue, when I switched on the main power this morning, BI system started to kick in,
Everything is running ok, however I notice this error: Error: 80002af9 on my BI console.
I saw 1 Foscam camera not connected to BI. I have a total of 4 cameras, 1 IMOU and
the other 3 are Foscam.
As far as I know, my camera still can access via the old IE web interface.
No issue at all. It is working fine. See below:

But BI refuse to cooperate, and it won't connect my Foscam camera
.

I search the forum and I referred to this post for solution but no avail. My Foscam camera is reachable by using IE but not BI.
ipcamtalk.com
I have done the following steps:
1) Rebooted my BI system
2) Rebooted my wifi client that is connected to my Foscam camera
3) Rebooted my Foscam camera
4) Exported the old camera's settings
5) Delete the old camera from the BI console.
6) Create a new camera by importing the old camera setting
Result: Still showing No signal
Do I need to rebuild BI system again in order to solve this problem?
Thank you.

NO Signal: Error: 80002af9 (Failed to connect)
I have searched the forums and indeed the internet to try and resolve this error to no avail. I have three BI servers - an old v4 rock-solid and a new migrated BI5 that is dodgy and a newer fresh-from-scratch BI5. Both the old and new servers have no problem seeing the HikVision as either ONVIF...
