Export Issue

Hi,

Apologies if I don't give the correct info or description as I'm very new to recording but our company has recently installed an Hikvision hikvision ds-7732ni-14/16p recorder. Up until yesterday I could export recordings with no issues but have since encountered a problem:

I select the recording I wish to export to a usb, when I preview everything seems fine and the clip is as it should be but the actual exported clip is a screenshot of the beginning of the recording which plays for the amount of time I selected but not the actual recording...could anyone please shed some light on what I am doing wrong please?

What changed from yesterday to today? Did you try rebooting the NVR?

Thanks for the reply...unfortunately nothing has changed and I'm unable to reboot the NVR as we need continuous recording due to high level child protection issues...I'm a bit stuck!!!
