Extra 5 seconds on every Triggered recorded event

I have Blue Iris running pretty great.
So now I'm working on perfection

The one thing that kind of bothers me is every recorded event seems to have about an extra 5 seconds after the motion is gone of just an empty yard.
Is there a way to remove this so it stops adding this to every recorded event?

Modify the "Break Time" in the camera options, Trigger tab

that is a good thing...if you set break time too low you will miss important events when the subject is standing still...should be at least 30 seconds
