EZVIZ does not allow my cam

thanks god my DS-2CD2032F-I can work again after downgrade to 5.2.5....BUT: I can not get it in the EZVIZ. In the camera menue the EZVIZ P2P button is on and it shows "online". When I go to the EZVIZ7 my camera is detected in the LAN but it is not accepted to add it. WHY? What does it need to make to get it online in EZVIZ? DOes it need adjusts at my easyport? When I try to add the detected camera, there opens a "HINT" and it says "the device can not be added"

Aaaarrrrrgh, what to do?

Why do you need ezviz?
 
I need access to the video and other persons have to look the video too.....what would you suggest, using another cloud-system? Actually there are no cost free dyndns-offers for my router available.....otherwise I would try to get it by dynamic DnS

yes, any dynamic dns service will work just fine.
 
might be the portforwarding in the speedport the problem? I am wondering about because ezviz P2p is enabled and shown online in the cam-menue and ezviz detects the cam in LAN
...the only thing the damned cloud device does now allow action....
 
I have same problem on three DS-2CD2032F-I from Ali.
FW V5.2.5 build 141201

Hi, I have the same problem with all my ds-2cd2032f-i cameras V5.2.5 build 141201...:(
Is there solution?
