Factory reset ds-2cd2232-i5

Hi there,

I have a DS-7716NI-K4 / 16P NVR with a ds-2cd2232-i5 and it keeps asking to me to check the username and password on the screen.

I have enabled virtual hosts to try and connect to the camera via my PC but gives me a page can not be displayed message.

I have also tried plugging the camera into a PoE switch on my main network but the camera is not detected on the network even though the camera is powered on.

I have taken the camera apart and can't find the reset button to hard reset.

Any ideas how to proceed forward please?

Have you tried resetting the camera with Hikvision's SADP Tool?
It should detect the camera even if on a different subnet from the PC the tool is running on.
