Factory reset for GWSecurity NVR??

I acquired a GW security NVR and am trying to reset it as the previous owner lost the password. I opened it up but do not see any obvious reset buttons. Any suggestions?

It might be fun to research potential exploits from the various vulnerabilities that their products seem to have suffered over the years.
Quite a lot of interesting info on Google searches.

I opened it up but do not see any obvious reset buttons.

For sure there will be a serial console access on the board.
That might be an easy start.

Right? I was reading about that also. A lot of unhappy customers!

Found this on their forum; This user called support and answered 2 questions, got a master reset password. GW's contact info at bottom.
