Firmware 5.1.0 131202 upgrade multilanguage

Hi, I can't get a 5.2.5 multilanguage to upgrade this - any idea?

What model of camera is it?

Sorry the file I got is 5.2.0 but it will not update it.

what is on the camera sticker and what is the build date?

If the Camera was originally 5.10 you can use my 5.16 full English firmware. Still the best one to be with

This isn't a 2-series camera

DS-2CD7164-E

so I think it will need firmware specific to that hardware.
