hi,
i have camera DS-2CD6362F-I but i do not know which region
Every version I have installed the camera enters to boot loop
How can I identify which version?
Or if you can help me with all versions and I will try them all

With the serial console connection I've found this one works well : http://tftpd32.jounin.net/
The Hikvision-specific tftp updater and instructions can be found in the download link here : https://www.ipcamtalk.com/showthread.php/4036-Custom-Firmware-Downgrader-5-3-0-Chinese-to-5-2-5-English
It's no longer published on Hikvision's websites.

Maybe re-try some of the basics again:
My suggestion - just use the serial console connection as a monitor to observe the messages from a 'normal' tftp updater activity.

This firmware seems to match your camera model:

Use this with the Hikvision-specific tftp updater program from the 'downgrader' link, with your PC IP address set to 192.0.0.128 and both the camera and the PC wired to your switch or router.
Start the tftpserve.exe program, with the digicap.dav in the same folder.
Power on the camera, and observe both the tftp updater log and the messages from the serial console connection.
Share the results to see if there are any clues that someone may be able to help with.

That looks like a successful update of all the firmware components - and not any errors of any significance - until the same problem of
'modprobe : can't load module iav (extra/iav.ko) Operation not permitted'
occurs.

This, I think, is the fundamental problem, but I do not know the cause.
