CONNECT EXTERNAL HDD NAS TO NVR
1. I have NVR DS-7608ni-E2/A with Firmware V3.3.4, BUILD 150616 is there a more recent version?
2. On this NVR what version of the NFS protocol does it support?
3. Which Firmware version can I use?
4. Now I expose the problem:
I want to duplicate recordings on an external NAS HD. The software used for NAS is TRUENAS.
In Truenas I configured User, Folder path, sharing by activating NFS service.
On NVR for HDD management I chose Add, NAS type, NAS IP address, Search the Folder path on NAS is proposed, when OK is confirmed, NVR beeps and in the HDD screen in addition to the internal disk it proposes the selected external disk, but in the Status column of the screen the writing “NOT ONLINE” appears and NVR continues with Beep.
