Firmware Upgrade for IPC-HDBW4631R-AS

Hello i have an older IPC-HDBW4631R-AS here, would like to use them, and before would like to make an Firmware upgrade.

Have found this
"IPC-HDBW4631E-ASE_Firmware_1590775182309"

its ASE and not AS, but think would work or?

In this Download i get 2 Files

DH_IPC-HX5X3X-Rhea_MultiLang_NP_Stream3_Market_V2.800.0000013.0.R.191202.zip
DH_IPC-HX5X3X-Rhea_MultiLang_PN_Stream3_Market_V2.800.0000013.0.R.191202.zip

and both zip files containing
files like
DH_IPC-HEAT_MCU_V2.800.0000013.0.R.191202.bin
DH_IPC-HX5X3X-Rhea_MultiLang_NP_Stream3_V2.800.0000013.0.R.191202.bin
Upall_IPC-HX5X3X-Rhea.191202.bin
web-x.squashfs.bin


dont know exactly which files and what to do with all of them?

Can someone help me maybe a link with an explaination?

I to had this question. What I've learned so far:
DH_IPC-HX5X3X-Rhea_MultiLang_NP_Stream3_V2.800.0000013.0.R.191202.bin = Worked for updating my camera
web-x.squashfs.bin = could brick your camera and require serious efforts to repair, one of my cameras I did this to I now have to try a serial recovery...

Scared to try the other two so I will wait for anyone else to comment on this.

How did you apply web-x.squashfs.bin ?

I might try this 0013 firmware. It's newer than what I tried so far.
