Embedding should be working now. That was my mistake, I am working on the Flickr embedding and had YouTube disabled. It's enabled again now and won't be disabled anymore.

Ahh I see what's wrong. The video is embedding properly on the site but has embedding disabled in YouTube's Advanced Settings. To adjust this @bombo you need to edit the video on YouTube, click "Advanced Settings" then check "Allow Embedding"
