Fixed lens out of focus, with every re-start

can be everything... damaged objective/lens unit ... lens unit not in place with sensor...

or simple small movements because the camera is not mounted good.

have you tried to enable EIS feature ?

I tried with EIS, not work...same image. Just buyed this cam. Maybe is damaged.
