So I've been doing lots of research on the fps dropping in BI when it gets triggered. My cameras would go down to anywhere from 10-0 fps. This would last about 10 seconds and I had no idea why. Spent lots of time in perfmon, and I had recently used a "CPU Unparker" for my gaming rig. What it does is mark all of your CPU cores as always active. I gave it a shot on my BI laptop, running a 1st/2nd(I can't remember lol) gen i7.
This seems to have fixed my frame drops!

It also seems to have fixed the CPU% shown on the bottom of BI being incorrect.
