Frame Rate Adjust Automatically Greyed Out

Does anyone know why the check box would be greyed out? It's been like that since day one, about 10 months ago. Thanks and happy new year.

I don't know if this ahs anything to do with it but I had to configure this LTS cam using what I assume is "generic" configuration. Do you thing this is a problem? Again, Thanks

Yeah, that is one of the reasons he made the change..
