Great example of Corruption in NYC ..

NY City setting up housing for illegal immigrants and using tax payer money to fund the "worst lands" / "worst EPA locations previously denied to be used as residences" after a new landlord takes over ..

Homeless Industrial Complex ..

"The City has a contract to pay $230 per room per night .. previously the owners were only able to get around $150 or so per night .. ( as a hotel ) .. remember they could not rent enough rooms to stay in business "
"every room the city rents is a bailout of the real estate industry"

can you say "10% for big guys" ...

Asylum Seekers are getting evicted from illegal apartments they're renting because the shelter system is full. Greedy landlords are now exploiting the city's most vulnerable to make a profit.... is that ok?

We've seen the numerous reports of fraud in the system, such as the recent Somali Child Care fraud ..

well, ask yourself why is the US Tax Code so messed up .. and the costs we pay to support all those leeches who make tons of money off of it.
