I have been using BI for a little while now and currently have a 4 camera setup with plans to add 2 additional. Recently I have noticed frozen frames and then will catch up. CPU usage is about 18-21 and memory is running about 2.12g. Wondering if there are any settings I need to look for to better optimize and have smoother video. Cameras are set to 20-29fps but the frame rate on BI shows around 3fps or less as it changes. Computer is a HP Elite 8200 SFF High Performance Business Desktop Computer Intel Quad Core i7 up to 3.8GHz Processor 2TB HDD 16GB DDR3 Memory DVD Windows 10 Professional and is deticated to BI. Any ideas to better config would be great.

you will need to post the camera video settings as requested. Both from the camera web interface AND the blue iris video tab as well as the video/configuration tab.
you dont need 29fps...set the camera to 15fps and set the iframe interval to 15.
