Late-Night Comedians Excited They Can Make Jokes About The President Again
I remember when Trump left, the joke was, what would MSM talk about since all they did was talk about Trump, well even though he left, they were still blaming Trump years after he was gone.
This hits home for me. I was in Las Vegas for a conference in November 2012. The morning after the election (Obama's second term) I was having breakfast in the restaurant of the hotel I was staying in. There were these four guys at the table next to me and they were bitching about Obama winning. So asked them if they were oil guys like me, and they said no they were standup comedians. So I asked why they were so bummed out that Obama won.
They told me that meant four more years of not being able to tell jokes about the president. They told me of a friend of theirs, that when Obama was first elected, had a whole routine about him. But it did not go over well in the clubs. Certain people complained that he was racist, even though he was black, and he got black-balled from all of the stages in Vegas. Never worked there again. They told me other guys had similar fates.
I watched SNL from it's beginning in 1975 to about 2013 and stopped beacuse they didn't just make jokes about Trump and his family, they got downright rude, ugly and tasteless particularly about Melania Trump. That woman has more class and intelligence in her little finger than all the comedic assholes and writers on SNL combined. At present she can speak six languages. Those are French, German, Italian, English, Serbian and Slovenian. OK Fallon, Colbert and Kimmel.....what rude and insulting comment do have to say about that? If you have one, shove it up your liberal a$$es.
I remember when comedians would joke about ALL politicians and government officials, of both parties and the jokes were not deeply personal and cruel. As far as I'm concerned the last great comedic figure on TV that displayed class and fairness but was still funny was Johnny Carson.
You know to get away from today's stupid TV, I find myself watching Carson reruns along with other old shows. I remember my Dad doing that too and I would always say something stupid as to why he was not with the times, now I know what he was doing...getting with His times.

My next door neighbor had her SUV back to the dealer about five times complaining about a thumping noise. Either they never could duplicate it or sometimes they just could not find it.
So one day she parked in the driveway and I went to talk to her and asked if she knew she had a bottle of soda laying on the roof. She removed it and never heard that noise again.
