When I worked at DISA, there was a HUGE Vietnamese group/presence there. Talk about 'scratch my back, I'll scratch your back' kind of bullshit. And I can honestly say that at least 90% of them on paper, were rocket scientist's but in reality they were incompetent, racist fools. Anyways, this was a secure building and it was against security protocol to speak any language other then English, for obvious reasons. They would 'swarm' in large groups during lunch and take over the break area's. Now my wife is Filippina, and I can tell you about some stinky @ss food...but what she cooks here, its at home, but they cooked this crap in the middle of the break room and stunk the whole damn place up. I complained about it once, and was told to stay out of the break room during that time period. Yes. During these sessions, they would yack it up in Vietnamese the entire time. I also reported this and was once again told to mind my own business. Shit was stupid. And yes, they were all GS-12's and up....making DAMN GOOD MONEY!

Ah, nothing like the distinctive smell of fishheads and rice blown up in a break room microwave....
I'd take burnt popcorn any day.
