I was listening to a Bongino podcast today. He said that the unpredictability of Trump when dealing with Foreign Affairs was why he was able to get so much done. He cited an example that involved Putin and never made it into the news.
Our intelligence services had found a armored force of about 100 Russian and Russian mercs in Syria, heading to cause lots of problems. Trump called Putin and told him to stop them or they would end up dead. Putin said you won't do that. The call ended. Trump called the Pentagon and gave them the green light. Result, 100 Russians and Russian mercs dead, all the armor destroyed and zero US casualties. Putin never said a word, just kept his mouth shut and paid attention after that.
Dementia ridden, Sleepy, Creepy, Bribeum would never have the nerve to even consider doing something like that. The media would never report that it happened because it clearly showed Trump was not a "puppet: of Russia and Putin and it made him look very strong and forceful.
I don't know how this can be confirmed, but Bongino did have multiple sources in the White House while Trump was president and would have been privy to that kind of information. He is also very careful to verify, from multiple sources, when he reports things like this which is why he may seem a little late reporting things at times. He waits until he is convinced what he will report is factual.
