Yeah, thought about that. That is why it is "Cash Only". I want to spend my evening counting $12,000,000.00 in crisp, new $100.00 bills and probably roll around nekid in it. Then I will go and buy the biggest motor yacht I can find in middle Tennessee, pay cash for it, hire a skipper and waste the rest of my days soaking up the sun and enjoying Margaritaville.....if they gave me a check, they could cancel it 12 hours after I received it. It will never happen in my lifetime. Hopefully, it will happen in my daughter or grand daughters time.

Damn, I have been cheatin myself......$80.00/sq ft would net me $62,726,400.00........
In reality, people have been paying more than $80 sq. ft. for a 1 acre lot here within the past 3 years. I have seen $60,000.00- for a 1 acre rock pile multiple times. Here is one in Nashville. 1307 Sq. Ft. city lot.......$200,000.00. Nothing special about the neighborhood. Older section of run down houses in North Nashville, which is crime and drug ridden.
