I keep getting those "we'll buy your house for cash" calls all the time. SOOOO,
I went along with the kid for a while as he went through his obviously, typed pitch.
After some more baiting he eventually came up with a "fair price" and also assured
me, "cash would be in hand in less than 24 hours"!

I pretended to be real excited by his offer and said "I'll take it!!
I could sense the excitement on the other side especially when I let him know that,
he is the 4th guy I have sold my home to this week......
