If she was smart she should have turned on that reporter with something like "Did you not go to primary school? You are genuinely asking if there is a plan in place for succession of leadership? Of course there is a plan in place, there has been since before this administration and there will continue to be in the future. Anyone who isn't a moron knows that. Right now we don't need that plan because the President isn't incapacitated, but thank you for demonstrating your ignorance.
