And on more than just a couple of occasions I've had to get a screwdriver to remove the VGA cable from the PC because the owner or installer used one to tighten them instead of just thumb-tight!
Even better, electric screw drivers .. just be thankful they did not have the new smaller impact screw drivers that are more popular now .. lol
I recall having to keep a small screw driver with me to loosen some also ..
