Very True. Egg prices are lower now then when Dementia Joe was in office. Several things are lower, unfortunately not lower then prior to Covid

Just saw Texas, Governor is raising Homestead exemption to $140k, that use to be $15k just 10 years ago. But Home prices 10 years ago was much lower too, about half the price they are today.

But I will take it, being a Senior it is $150k Property tax Homestead exemption...this helps alot...

Lastly, been helping a friend look for an 85 inch TV, we see no price increases due to Tariffs, actually to get a 85 inch TV for under a grand is a good deal...
