Fw 3.3.2 vs 3.3.3+

Hello Guys,

My oriental dealer sent me a 3.3.3 FW for my NVR (currently running on 3.3.2), does anybody know what are the differences between the twos?
I really would like to understand pros n cons before doing anything.
