I am running a 4 camera system for a local HOA, and one of our cameras had an issue that I was unable to solve after exhausting nearly every resource I could find. So, I swapped it out for a generic IP Cam. The setup went fine, I was able to see it from a dedicated POE switch I use for testing. I went and connected the new cam to the POE switch on location. Came back to my operations center and opened up my ONVIF manager. The camera, as well as the other three Hikvision, were visible on the device manger. I went into BI to add the camera but it wasn't in the discovery list, but the other three were. I tried to input the IP manually to no avail. What am I missing here? I've never had this much of an issue adding a camera and it's getting to the point of frustration now. Any help would be much appreciated, thanks!
