Thanks, I thought about trying one of those calcs last night, but I figured the answer was if the package is large or seems valuable, you will get hit with fees regardless if your package gets noticed for inspection or something.

I'm curious why my large DHL order didn't get fees, I'm guessing the value must have been put lower on the declaration. I wish I would have looked, usually I inspect the shipping label pretty well.
 
What was the quality of the "free" camera like? They are selling them for $46 and it seems like a good deal.
 
It seems good quality. But remember that is 720p and not have autofocus. Unfortunately I have not had time to try it if have a problem. My model have 6mm and i saw that if you put for view a point very close, the absence of autofocus is perceived.

The dimensions are exactly the same model with zoom.

Personally i prefer a minimum resolution as 1080p.

In all honesty I would have preferred that they had not given me the gift. However I recommend buying individually and always with china post.
