DAHUA ptz sd49225T-HN 2MP 25X Starlight IR network dome. Worked well for one year and one month. Just long enough to get out of warranty. Will not talk to software. It will make the 360 turn in attempt to initialize but
can not be located on system. Dahua search tool will not find it. PSS will not find it.

yes. it flashes. But nothing is found in the software end

If the flashes are from the camera (they could just be broadcast packets off the LAN, assuming it's connected to that) then a wireshark capture might yield a clue.
An ARP broadcast would be pretty helpful. if it's just moved IP address.
