It's "pure" nitrogen with no moisture and is inert, therefore the rubber lasts longer (supposedly) but unless you drive your car only 5 miles a week, jack the car up off the parking surface and cover the tire with an ozone and UV-blocking material when not in use so the tire appears "like new" in 5 or 6 years, it's silly to have it done.Nitrogen scam? The air we breathe is 78% nitrogen and these places want to charge you extra to fill w/ nitrogen?

I agree with this sentiment; I also see their attempt at a medial approach as fraught with great peril. Taking the position that you still can’t wear political stuff but you can wear blue line stuff... quickly foments racial division within the people working there. It will quickly become a tit for tat, lines being drawn, allegiances noted, heads counted. This is a recipe for disaster within the organization. The ONLY Way to effectively diffuse this is to 1.
