You dont want the 980 its a first gen i5 with no hardware acceleration and weaker..

10 cams is a meaningless term..what resolution? what frame rates?
Note the links i posted dont have full dell warranties but if you wait, they are always available via the outlet or ebay.

There are threads here with folks buying i7-6700 pc's in the 400 -500 dollar range..why would you buy a 6 year old 2600 for 350...it makes no sense..i5-6500 systems can be had for 300 or so..

lol, you wont buy a 1 year old pc from ebay but will buy a 6 year old or 7 year old pc? From where?
Buy from the dell outlet or ebay, but make sure it has the dell 3 year warranty..problem solved...
