You guys just wait until my 25x PTZ gets here!

Any license plates on the cars?

What do you think? :p

Full story time

First, for the white Chevy. Gunshots at the start, but then skip over to 1:40, they come back around

Of course, I have the plate

I called the police literally the same time it was happening, and 2 hours later the police came and collected the 556 shell casings

Then, they came past again today in the daylight. I called 911 right away. While you're looking at the picture, note the weird sticker on the gas cap

They also had what looks for sale writing on the back window now

Sadly, since the LPR cam didn't catch it, its just seen hundreds of feet away on my regular cams. I could not make out the number

While I was driving around looking for him, HPD called to say they had the vehicle pulled over! Wow! But, because I don't have face shots of the shooter, they just ID'd the three minors in the vehicle and let them go :banghead:

Now, I'm determined to find them myself. Remember the for sale sign, and the weird mark on the gas cap?

Look what vehicle I found for sale! It even has the same tires

The other picture was the most interesting, the building is easy to ID, and note the 29 in the parking space

Well, well well. Guess who found that apartment?

This is an ongoing story, there WILL be more to come. Justice will be brought, through the law, or not

Will post the Blue Maxima details shortly

Okay, Maxima story time!

And yep, I got the plate

Again frustrated by the lack of action, I decided to do some recon on my motorcycle. I found them parked and hanging out in their car in a local apartment

I tailed them from afar, called 911 and watched them drive around

Sadly, an officer arrived too late and claimed because they are parked at home, there is nothing they can do

However, I know where they live now, and what they look like.

maybe its time to move to somewhere safer and quieter

I've thought about it, but this area is just so close to everything, and we have a nice big lot for being in the city. Its my hope the area gets better. It would take so much work and money to replicate what we have here, somewhere else

Sharpstown. I lived there for a year in 1972-73, out of college working for TI in Stafford. I was in brand new 4-story Ranchester Apartments, which doesn't seem to exist anymore. Maybe in the way of the new tollway? . The new airport had just opened, and traffic anywhere around Houston was uncongested and fast. There was an Avis Rent-A-Horse a couple miles to the west. The big attractions for a young adult from the midwest were Astrodome and Six Flags. Downtown Houston on a hot day felt like being in a swamp.

The police response really pisses me off. They had them in the car. You gave them plates. They should have pulled them in and they had probable cause to search the car. Just let them go? But if you or I fired a gun in city limits, we would be held w/o bail.
