Bit of a strange one here.
I have a camera set on H265, hardware accelerated decode is set to NO. In 2 of my profiles for the camera I had not set it as direct to disk by accident and they were set as re-encode with H264....
One profile was accidently set to record to New which is D:\New
In the other profile it was set to record to E:\CCTV2
During the day the profiles used changed.
The clips stored at D:\New are shown in BI5 as H264 and I can view them ok.
The clips stored at E:\CCTV2 are shown as H264 and when I try to view them it runs but it's just black.
Why would the location of the stored file matter?
