Seeing those traffic cones in the back of the van, a yellow beacon and ladder racks on the van's roof causes me to think it's a genuine telco or cableco van and if so, both of those would easily lose their job but....is the big guy on the ground a passerby or are companies so desperate for workers they allow shorts and sandals on the job?
