Had a power outage and the 7616ni nvr won't turn on. The fan won't come on,the red light won't come on to the nvr,tried 2 different power cords and still nothing. I even tried disconnecting just the power box from the nvr and it didn't come on. This thing is just dead. Ideas?

It sounds like the power supply has died, from what you've described.
You can confirm that if you check it's output using a multimeter.
An easy point to check is the +5v and +12v that feeds the HDDs.
