Hello I am a newbie to this forum I wanted to know with a non poe nvr will I still be able to get audio through my camera to my television through my nvr I was wanting to get the dahua NVR5216-4KS2 and does a non poe nvr use bnc cables

No it does not use BNC cables. It would use Ethernet network cables. You would need a POE network switch to plug all the cameras and the NVR into.
