Hello From Texas!

I suppose I should ask the question as to which cameras I could use on a budget that also have audio weather they be Ethernet connected, wifi, or other means. using a single pc running windows 10 with blue iris. I do have a second PC that can be used but would rather stick to only using one.

currently I have 4 analog cctv cameras that use A/V to USB converters connected to the PC. all of the cameras have audio enabled, due to some sort of USB limitation I have only been able to get two of them working without too much of an issue. one thing I have not tried is installing an extra PCIe usb hub to the pc thinking maybe there is a limit on the hub it's self. The only issue is when you go in to select the camera, they are all labeled the same name. when I had them setup in ispy agent and working, I experienced a power outage. after it all came back up the camera and mics were all mixed up. I had to go back into the setting and set which camera and mic was for the front door, back yard, etc.. finding a real way to rename the devices in windows was a failure as well.

aside from the camera choosing, I do have one of my analog cameras working with audio. I set it up to continuously record with triggers all day today. same setting as I used in ispy. I am logged into the web server on another pc and can hear the audio on the live view, but when I go to the time line and play what went on during the day, the volume icon shows " audio not available from the current stream" is there a way to enable this?
