I recently bought the same model. It has some good features but overall I am disappointed with this camera. Two items I'm not happy with -
1. White balance is poor, colours look bluish, quite harsh and no matter how much I adjust, image doesn't look quite right
2. No cross line detection. This is a pretty basic analytic and other Uniview cameras have it. Not sure why they left it out on this unit.
Im hoping a firmware update may fix these.
If the camera is on an internet subnet and configured with DNS & GW, you can do a cloud upgrade by pressing the detect button. For me however, no new f/w has been detected over last 2 months.
