Good morning to everybody. i have an IPC - K46P dahua camera. These days i changed the modem and I can't see the camera to my mobile phone (imou app). I had deleted the old device I ad (=) a new one with the s/n of the camera but nothing. Can you please tell me else i have to do.
Olso i cant do it to my pc mith the smartpss. Thank you for your time. I will wait for your expert answers. Good month.
 
Sounds like the ip changed on you. I'd login to the camera web gui and look at the network settings. If you look on the cliff notes page of the wiki (at the forum here) it may help you further.
