Help...19821W...all of a sudden no picture

Hi, new member here.
My 19821W has been working fine for 2-3 years.
But all of a sudden I get no picture, just a black screen.
I can log on, and pan and tilt the camera as I usually can...but I get only a black screen.
I checked that my ports are open.
I tried ethernet hookup, but no difference.
Anyone else ever see this problem?
The power and indicator lights are normal.

Haven't seen this exact problem, but I do own Foscams. When things go really bad I do a factory reset. You can do it by either using the software factory reset, or use the pinhole in the bottom of the camera. Connect ethernet then find camera. After the reset the camera will have a new IP address.

Thanks, I did a reset using the pinhole button...but no luck.
Everything works...but no picture.

Have you tried using a different browser? Or a different program to access the camera, like BlueIris?

Yup, I also tried my iPhone...which normally worked fine.
