Help: Amcrest ip2m-841 with BI no signal

I can get the video on the web browser (http://192.168.0.11), but I got no signal with trying to add to BI. Turning off Windows firewall, anti-virus, and anti-malware software didn't help. BI seems to find the camera when I click on the Find/inspect button (see below for the output). Is there anything else I need to configure on BI or on the camera? Please help. Thank you.

use dahua rtsp from the dropdown.

Are you using the Newest build of BI ? If so amcrest should be in the drop down menu, if you have a older build you may not see the amcrest option and need to use dahua. In some older builds of BI amcrest wasn't in the drop down menu for camera support.

It's the latest BI (Version: Release 4.4.9.4 x64). Yes, there is a drop down menu with Amcrest and that's what I selected. I tried using different model under the the Amcrest and none of them work.

DAHUA RTSP keep all ports default on the camera and in BI.

Are you sure you have the right ip address and password/user ? Double check everything it has to work

You have a port, IP address or password set incorrect...Also ensure camera is set to h.264

Found the problem. This issue occurs when BI is running as a service and the hardware acceleration is turn on. Thank you everyone for helping.

This is only an issue with Windows 7
