Help finding Dahua hdbw4431r-as with ispy

I've tried to connect using the ip wizard in ispy. I can't event see the camera using advanced ip scanner. It is connected through poe on a switch that connects to our modem.


Do I need to be hard wired into the switch?

the camera is on a different subnet than your network. Use the dahua config tool or see threads on how to solve this.
