Good evening everyone
I am new to this forum and i have problem with my house cctv ... I can not make the P2P because the serial number of my Euronet DVR contains only 10 characters and the cloud site accepts only 16 characters ....Please help me to find a solution.

Obviously their is a language barrier, but still, you have 10 numbers and need 16.... No one here can help you with that....

"Help me find a solution" - Box up that old analog junk DVR and camera system and replace it with a newer more modern better quality system.

How do you know it require 16 characters ?

I have a cam using P2P and its serial number is not 16 characters but 4444-666666-5555

Why do you use xmeye ? did you try with some other P2P software like P2PWIFICAM for example ?

But be very carefull with those P2P features and software, the streaming and login/password may not be encrypted.

Also did you check how P2P works ? did you ensure about your access/data privacy ?
