Two years ago I purchased and had installed a camera system from a company out here in southern California. The system consists of:

HD-TVI DVR 8 Channel 1080P LTS Series

Four Dome HD 1080P 2 Megapixel Cameras with 2.8-12 mm Lens

Western Digital 2 Terabyte Hard drive (30 days recording)

Power Distribution Box

Two weeks ago I tried to view the cameras on the Guarding Expert app on my iPhone and all I get now is an “incorrect username or password”. They wired the system to one television and I can see them on the TV screen, just not on the app.

I emailed the company and two days later he replied back: We need to call you, and walk you through resetting the password. Its requires your serial number off DVR . and you being in front of monitor.” He called back and said he would have to actually come out to assist, but never did show up. I emailed him back again but he has since to reply.

Is there any way I can fix this here at home on my own?

Thank you for the help and the links.

Yeah, I feel dicked around on this now! The four cameras he installed outside were domes. I paid for everything installed for $1000 if memory serves me, they installed it back in 2015... Thanks again

I am not having good luck with this.

I had to purchase a monitor to view the screen because the wired mouse provided and a wireless mouse would not reach from the DVR location.

I then emailed Hikvision, they provided a passcode which didn't work. Next email from them stated I needed to contact LTS Security so I did.

LTS replied back with passcodes for a week. I tried the one for that particular day and it did not work.

LTS also said, “Make sure there is only one user account. “admin”, if you see “system” user, REMOVE it.”

Well, I think I found a “system” user???

After doing some more research I realized my DVR is an Eyemax not LTS like it said in the installers invoice This is it here: Eyemax TVST-PHD-08T 8CH 1080p HD-TVI Security PHD Series DVR System - Auto Detects Analog/960H/HD-TVI

Do I need to contact Eyemax for the reset procedures?

Also, how do I remove the “system” user?

Can someone confirm if this is the correct login screen where I would input a password? I am double clicking in the lower left corner of the monitor but nothing pops up. I can right click anywhere on the screen to get this:

I have even tried shutting off power and unplugging but it takes me right back to the camera screen. Help please! Thanks
