Help with Dahua IPC-HDW4300C - No sound on PC

Hello all... I'm hoping someone can help solve my sound problem! I have a Dahua DH-IPC-HDW4300C-0360B Part Number 1.0.01.04.3535, it's the only camera I have at the moment. I'm running the full version of Blue Iris, release 4.2.4.3 x64, on a Lenovo K450e with an i7-4790 processor (3.6GHz, 1600MHz) 16 Gigs of RAM, 2TB 7200 RPM internal hard disk and a 3TB external hard disk.I DID have audio at one time, for a week or so, then it disappeared, it's the same no matter if I try to send audio to the computer speakers or the speakers on my tv. BUT, if I log into the web and view my camera I DO have audio, so I know the mic in the camera is working. In blue iris options>audio, make sure output is set to "not specified"
You also might want to set webcast audio in the camera audio if you want to hear audio on the mobile app.
Also select record audio during all profiles, because if you start using the schedule in the future you may forget to enable audio for other profiles.
